Based on agreement with the Developer our organization provides legal and technical construction management services.
Functional responsibilities of technical customer:
- Implementation of preparatory activities to get permits, approvals and acts in relevant organizations
- Preparation, approval and signing of project documentation (text, calculation, plans and blueprints)
- Closing deals on performing the construction, reconstruction, survey and project works
- Organizing and control of task implementation
- Construction material and technical equipment control
- Human resource planning
- Compliance of work terms, volumes and prices with all project requirements
- Confirmation for object implementation and commissioning.
Technical customer is a necessary role in planned and precise implementation of construction process. He organizes the interaction between participants, designers, contractors, and investors.
